Victoria Harkovitch
Victoria Harkovitch has been a performer, teacher and/or technician ever since childhood. She’s worked in most of the theaters in the Eugene and Springfield area, in a number of capacities, and has not only taught and staged theater pieces for a variety of ages, but has also written plays and play adaptations. Her itinerant community theater company, The Roving Park Players, which she founded with Lisa Shea-Blanchard, is beginning its third season.
Victoria also has a background in elementary education, earning a BA from the University of Oregon in this field and later working in both public and alternative schools. Her MA in art history allowed her to teach workshops and classes in that area as well. In addition, she’s an avid gardener, a wannabe farmgirl and a published poet.
Victoria feels that art is for everyone. She’s found great satisfaction in sharing theatrical experiences with her community as The Roving Park Players perform around the Eugene/Springfield area. She looks forward to collaborating with The Reach Center as part of this mission.

Lisa Shea-Blanchard
Co-founder of the itinerant community theater group, The Roving Park Players, Lisa Shea-Blanchard has been involved in community theater, both on stage and off, since the age of 9. As a teenager and young adult, she helped to develop and teach a series of children’s theater workshops in her hometown of Nevada City, California. She earned a BA in Theater from University of California, Davis, and taught acting and voice classes while working towards her MFA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. A resident of Eugene for 15 years, she has performed with Free Shakespeare in the Park, and was a singer with the Laughing Spirit Chorus. And she has directed several productions for RPP, including the world premiere of the political satire, Welcome Back, America.
Lisa’s primary focus these days, besides creating amazing theater with RPP, is playing with and learning from her husband and their young son. She is really excited about this newest collaboration with The REACH Center as it strengthens her belief in the importance of the arts in the daily lives of communities and individuals.
