Bellylicious Workout

Looking for a fun and easy dance class that uses upbeat world music to get an aerobic workout? In Bellylicious Workout Class, we use repetition of belly dance drills and core strengthening exercises as a foundation for fitness as well as building basic dance techniques and skills. And we’ll have so much fun you won’t even know you’re getting an aerobic workout.

Beginners Welcome!

Drop-ins are welcome, but if possible, please contact Sarina to confirm there is enough space in the class.

Sarina Dorie

Sarina Dorie is a tribal fusion dancer. She has been belly dancing for about 13 years, studying in Portland at Gypsy Caravan, Euphoria with Severina and Znama Studio as well as with private instructors. While living in Japan, she studied Turkish style belly dance, break dance and salsa and taught tribal fusion belly dance. Currently she teaches Tribal Fusion, and Bellylicious Workout Classes which use easy belly dance drills as aerobic and core strengthening exercises.
