May 12th, A Lifetime of Learning Workshop Series: Yin Tai Chi Qigong and Yang Yijinjing Qigong
Health and Wellness takes both study and practice. Join us Saturday, May 12 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM for a workshop offering an introduction to two forms of Qigong, laying the foundation for a lifetime learning approach to internal development.
Nia
A dynamic blend of dance arts, martial arts and healing arts, Nia is exhilarating and fun! Beginning April 30, join in Mondays & Fridays at 9 am and Wednesdays at 8:45 am.
Somatics/Bodywork Class & Jam
Class begins April 28, and runs Saturdays from 4pm to 5pm in The Reach Center Loft (upstairs), followed by open Jam from 5pm to 7pm. We will explore together a variety of somatics and bodywork modalities to prepare our bodies for dance movement in contact improvisation.
Strechoga
Strechoga is a fusion of numerous forms of Yoga, Taichi, Chigong, and movement therapy. It is one free flowing art of the body. No matter what your age or physical capability, Stretchoga can benefit you. It is great for rehabbing an injury, training for sports, or simply taking your mind off everything else in life. Join in on Wednesdays at 6 pm.
